Job Description:

The Paid Media Specialist will effectively manage clients’ Paid Media campaigns including set up, support, reporting, and analysis on projects of various sizes.   The candidate is responsible for understanding client goals and expectations as well as all department deliverables and must be able to clearly convey and explain paid media best practices to company associates and clients. They should be excited to thrive in an atmosphere of change, innovation, critical thinking, process, humor, results, and success. 

Responsibilities:

  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on management of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn/Facebook Twitter Ads, Display programs
  • Set-up, implementation, and management of paid media campaigns in multiple verticals
  • Ad copy creation, testing, and optimization
  • Budget management  and allocation
  • Testing of keyword, ad copy, landing page strategies
  • Optimize accounts for maximum results and meet client goals (CPL/ROI)
  • Reporting, analysis & insights for campaigns via Google Analytics and internal reporting systems
  • Management of multiple clients accounts with the ability to prioritize and execute on tasks related to the clients to which you are assigned
  • Willing to learn new channels, technologies, and methodologies on an ongoing basis
  • Participate in cross-functional teams throughout the company
  • Respond to the day-to-day client requests and questions
  • Ensure positive and long-lasting relationships with both clients and internal teams
  • Continue to drive innovation and creative ideas to maximize results month in and month out (a campaign is never truly optimized)
  • Desire to learn and understand other areas of Digital Marketing and ability to independently research and learn

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of Paid Media Marketing experience
  • Proven success in managing Paid Media campaigns
  • Experience with Web analytics and reporting
  • Experience in SEO is a plus but at least an understanding of SEO concepts is required
  • Results oriented
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel (google sheets) skills
  • Extreme attention to detail is mandatory
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively multi-task / highly organized / time management skills
  • Work independently under pressure, meet deadlines, manage several projects simultaneously and set priorities with minimal supervision
  • Problem Solving – ability to quickly solve problems in a fast-paced environment 

Reporting to:  Paid Media Strategist

Salary Range: $60,000 to $70,000
